The thing I respect about Mauli is that their plans are actually what they claim to be. No “introductory rates” that double in 3 months, no pushing unnecessary upgrades. Had a really smooth experience with Mauli’s support team, thanks to Akshada. She was kind, clear, and very patient while handling my query. Even though it was a small issue, she didn’t rush the call and made sure everything was properly followed up. It genuinely felt like she cared about resolving it, not just closing the complaint. I liked Mauli's plans the most because there is no fraud in them. Unlike other providers, these people do not double the price later after showing cheapness in the beginning. The plan that I took is running consistently. The speed is also exactly as promised. No overpromises, just straightforward service. Support is also local, so if there is any issue, we immediately call or talk on WhatsApp. It is difficult to get honest service in today's times - Mauli delivered that

I have been using Mauli's internet for the past one year in Malad, and honestly, no complaints. Speed is consistent, no tension of buffering, no random slowdowns. Be it Zoom calls or Netflix, everything goes smoothly. Plans are also quite reasonable. Nothing too complicated, no hidden charges. You get what you say. If you need to ask something, you easily get a reply on Whatsapp - there is no hassle of catching the line on the phone. In today's time when every service seems complicated, Mauli works silently.
