Welcome to Mauli Cable and Internet Network (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By subscribing to or using our cable TV and internet services, you (“customer” or “user”) agree to the following Terms and Conditions.
1. Service Provision
- We provide cable television and internet services based on the selected plan.
- Service availability may vary based on location, technical feasibility, and weather conditions.
- Installation will be conducted by authorized technicians only.
2. User Responsibilities
- The customer must provide accurate personal information and valid identity proof at the time of registration.
- The customer shall not use the services for unlawful, unauthorized, or harmful activities.
- Users are responsible for all activity on their account and for maintaining security of their devices.
3. Payment and Billing
- Monthly fees and installation charges are to be paid in advance as per the selected plan.
- Non-payment may result in suspension or termination of services without prior notice.
- No refund will be provided for partial month usage or service disruption due to customer fault.
4. Fair Usage Policy (FUP)
- Internet plans may have speed or data caps as per our Fair Usage Policy.
- Excessive usage beyond the limit may result in speed reduction or additional charges.
5. Equipment and Installation
- Any routers, set-top boxes, or modems provided by us remain the property of Mauli Network unless purchased by the customer.
- Customers must return all company-owned equipment in good condition upon termination.
6. Service Interruptions
- We strive to offer continuous and reliable service. However, services may be affected by factors beyond our control such as maintenance, technical issues, or force majeure.
- Scheduled maintenance will be notified in advance whenever possible.
7. Termination and Suspension
- Either party may terminate the service with prior written notice of 7 days.
- We reserve the right to terminate or suspend services for violation of terms, misuse, or fraud.
8. Limitation of Liability
- We shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or interruption of service due to causes beyond our control.
- We do not guarantee internet speed, latency, or uptime beyond what is technically feasible.
9. Privacy
- We are committed to protecting your data. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more details on data handling practices.
10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
- These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India.
- Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts located in [Insert City, e.g., Palghar, Maharashtra].
11. Amendments
